Become a Shabby Creek affiliate

So you want to be an affiliate? Awesome!!! I’m so glad that you’d like to help spread the word about From Passion to Profit!

To become an affiliate, there are a few steps:

First, sign up through E-junkie – it’s quick & easy and you’ll be up and running in no time. Once you have signed up, then you go to the page for my book – and scroll to the very bottom. There will be an option to become an affiliate. Click on that link, and sign up for the program.

After you sign up, it will take you to your affiliate page, with a list of options. Click on “Get Affiliate Code”

Then a few buttons will pop up – choose “Get Affiliate Code” again.

In the drop down menu, choose “From Passion to Profit” then click “Get Affiliate Code.”

  Now you will get an affiliate code, that includes a “buy now” button. Copy the first part of the code. You will not need the button portion.

On your site, place the HTML you just copied, and then directly after it put this code to look like this:

FULL SIZE AD (300 pixels wide)

PASTE YOUR AFFILIATE LINK HERE <img src="http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb119/tightwadtips/Passionbookad.jpg" border="0" alt="From Passion to Profit: A How To for the Handmade World"></a>

SMALLER AD (150 pixels wide)

PASTE YOUR AFFILIATE LINK HERE <img src="http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb119/tightwadtips/Passionbookadsmall.jpg" border="0" alt="From Passion To Profit: A How To for the Handmade World"></a>

- Don’t leave in the “Paste Your Affiliate Link Here” portion :)

Save your HTML on your blog and you’re ready to go!

Now let’s talk about the specifics:

You will receive $3 per book that you sell. Payments are made by the 15th of the following month. Example: If you sell 10 books between Dec. 1st and Dec. 31st, you will be paid $30 on or before January 15th.

You CAN receive the payment of a book for your own use.
