Rarely do I find something that I just can't get out of my head. About three weeks ago I found a panel top table that just sang to my heart. Three times a week, for three weeks, I went to visit this table at my favorite thrift store. After many, many days of contemplation, I finally told my sweet hubby about my beloved find.
Even though we recently built our own dining table, he agreed that if I couldn't get it out of my head, then I needed to go get it. So, with his blessings, I went to visit it one last time -- AND BROUGHT THAT BABY HOME!
Best$25 I've spent in a long, long time! The top needs refinished, but luckily I had stain that matches and poly to seal it already in my stash. I'll reveal it's glory as soon as it's finished.

It's gorgeous - you know, our little town is so design-y, even the thrift stores know they can make a pretty penny off of stuff - that would have been $150 at our charity shop. That is a gorgeous table, and you're so brave to jump into refinishing. Can't wait to see!
