Second guessing yard sale finds

Welcome once again to Transformation Thursday! It's the one day of the week we celebrate overcoming procrastination.

Ever bought something at a yard sale then got home and wondered why you bought it in the first place? Yeah, happens to me all the time. This candlestick is a prime example.
Those things you buy caught your eye for some reason. Whether it was the lines of a piece of furniture, the pattern of some fabric, or even the shape of a candlestick. The trick is figuring out what it is that you don't like now. I finally came to the conclusion that it was the silver spray paint that someone had attacked this pretty girl with.

So I made her up with some cream spray paint.

She's much happier now!

  18. I know excatly what you mean! I've brought home stuff and wondered what I had been thinking. But when the light bulb goes off and you transform it into something spectacular like you did your candlstick it just encourages us to keep doing it :-) I love it.
