I am thrilled beyond belief to announce an exciting new event!
With the help of my friends Lisa @ The Pennington Point, Cha Cha @ Sit Relax and Read, Polly @ Make Mine Beautiful and Angie @ The Country Chic Cottage, we will be redoing two bedrooms in my cottage in only three days. It’s going to be crazy fun!
Want to come out and join us? One reader will be invited to join us for 3 days of DIY, fun & probably a lot of blog chatter! The event will be held July 21-23, and the winner will be here from July 20-24 (arriving the day before and leaving the day after). Airfare will be provided, along with lots of yummy food. The winner will be invited to stay in my little guest cottage while you are here.
Starting next Monday, I will be taking submissions for the spot via a special linky party. To enter, write a post on your blog or Facebook page telling me why you want to come to the cottage. If you’ve got mad DIY skills I wanna hear about it! Don’t have lots of skills? That’s ok, too! We want to hang out with someone who’s going to have fun above all else – and learn a little from each other along the way.
Don’t have a blog – I’m cool with that! I’ve set up a blog for entries so you can email me your submission and I will post it for you.
It’s gonna be a blast!

Bummer... my hubby's out of town that week, which keeps me from begging to be considered. Hmmm... think 11 kids could hack it without parents for a few days? Booo, probably not. Can't wait to see what you amazing ladies come up with! Good luck on the remodel!
