Nutella & Peanut Butter Fudge

Nutella and Peanut Butter 2 Minute Fudge
I’m a sucker for anything with Nutella in it. I’m also a sucker for a quick recipe. Put the 2 together and you get Nutella & Peanut Butter 2 minute fudge – and you won’t even need to turn the stove on.
Nutella Fudge Recipe

It only takes 3 ingredients – how awesome is that? You need vanilla frosting (the non-whipped kind, straight off the baking aisle), peanut butter and Nutella. That’s it.

Nutella Peanut Butter Fudge

You need 1 cup of Nutella and 1 cup of peanut butter in a mixing bowl. I use a silicone spatula to mix it all up.

Next, take the lid and foil off the icing and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. When it comes out it will be melted into a liquid.

Nutella Fudge Easy Recipe

Pour it into the bowl with the Nutella and Peanut Butter, then fold it all together well.

It will start to firm up before you get it all mixed together – just keep working it. Once it’s all mixed together, then put it into a glass 9×13 pan. Pop it into the fridge for 20-30 minutes to let it firm up. Cut it into small pieces (it’s reallllly rich) and you’re done!

Nutella Easy Fudge

See, that’s the easiest recipe in the world, huh? In case you’re wondering, you really need the peanut butter to help it all set up, it just doesn’t work well with all Nutella – but you can use all peanut butter for plain peanut butter fudge if you prefer (that’s really good, too!)
