Want a fun and easy stocking stuffer that’s budget friendly? I’ve got you covered with a free printable coupon book that’s perfect for little kids. All week I’ll be sharing the printables for these easy Christmas coupon books – but today I want to show you how to put them together in only a few minutes. It’s a super fast way to add something special to a stocking or to give that little one in your life just a little joy.
To make these Christmas Coupon Books, you’ll need:
- Free Printable Kids Christmas Coupon Book Page <Find it by clicking here
- cutting board
- craft knife
- ruler
- sewing machine (or stapler)
- washi tape
First print out the page on regular paper or you can use card stock, and use your ruler to trim all the way down the page at the end of the coupons with the craft knife.
Next cut them apart by using your ruler as a guide to cut right between them all the way across the width of the page.
Once they are all cut out, stack them up.
Use a sewing machine and stitch a line about 1/4 an inch past the printed coupon. If you don’t have a sewing machine (or don’t sew) you can also use a stapler – but sewing is much safer for the little ones because it means no sharp edges.
Once you have a line, then you’ll have some extra white on the end of the Christmas coupon book.
Using scissors, trim it off about 1/4 an inch past the stitches.
After you have it trimmed, cover the end with a bit of washi tape. I used the width of it to wrap around from front to back to cover the stitches and hold the end together. See – in just a few minutes you can make this cute printable Christmas Coupon Book to add in as a stocking stuffer or to give to the littles in your life.
