my 5 fave posts of 2012

Can you believe 2012 is almost over? Yeah, me neither. I didn’t get nearly what I planned finished this year, but I did make some rather large chunks in what I needed to get done. I also made some major decisions that will impact 2013, but before we get to that, let’s take a look back at 2012.
Way back in January, I shared my to do list for 2012 with three spaces planned: the laundry room, the living room and the tiniest bathroom in the world. Two outta three ain’t bad. And we’re currently working on the 3rd, which is about 1/2 done (yay!)

“; n.innerHTML = at; container.insertBefore(n , footer); } } } return true; }; document.doAT(‘hentry’);

We started in the laundry room, which still looks pretty much identical, except we pulled the island back into the kitchen. And there is currently a pile of laundry {but we’re not gonna talk about that, ok?}

  1. Happy Holidays Gina!

  2. I can hardly wait to hear about your 2013 plans! Have a wonderful holiday and New Year!

  3. I loved your “embrace your space” series! Happy New Year!

  4. We just moved into a 44 year old home that hasn’t been decorated in…44 years. I need to take lessons from you in setting up a plan and working from it! 2 out of 3 ain’t bad at all! Look forward to seeing your 2013 list!

  5. Everything looks wonderful! And you don’t look old enough to have a child in college!

  6. I think you accomplished quite a bit in the one year! I think I’ll be taking a page from your ‘book’ and making my own to do list…it might help me keep on track, especially since I’m not working now.
    Hope your Christmas was wonderful, and your New Year will be happy!
    Debbie 🙂

  7. Wow, I’m really excited for you, Gina! I can hardly wait to see what your 2013 adventures will be!

    Happy New Year!

  8. Glad I found your blog. I love to decorate, and love cottage style, but don’t always have the time/energy to create my own ideas. I love your ideas…practical, affordable and “do-able”. I look forward to reading your blog posts.
