    Hi Gina,
I love all these headboard ideas. My hubby and I made a headboard out of 3 old lake house doors not too long ago. I love to repurpose chippy old things like doors into my decor. Some great inspiration.

I so love your blog & enjoy all the great ideas you share. I hope you don’t mind me voicing my opinion about the new way you’re showing sets like this. I like the old way much more. Showing small pics of each one & letting us click on the one we want saves so much time. It takes quite a bit of time to click through a series but seeing them all at once let’s us choose which one we want to take the time to see.

Hi Gina, I am a fellow blogger and created a bed head out of French shutters which turned out really good, here is a link to my original post with the shutters, I hope you get a chance to pop and take a look

I have also just made over my guest bedroom and made my own padded headboard which I am sharing instructions for next week. I had salivated over chunky linen headboards seen in some of the stores in Auckland but they cost over $500. I made mine for $180 and it turned out very professional looking, at least I think it did.

This is the link to my room makeover which has the linen headboard in it.

By the way I love the new look of your website.

Loved looking through your gallery of ideas. I think it is the advertising at the top, but it was SO slow to load. I could only take it for a while before deciding I should look elsewhere. I thought this feedback might be helpful for a blogger. I hope so. I am hoping it improves because I really want to explore your entire site!

Thank you for sharing fantastic ideas with us. You’re so talented and I am going through the worst time of my life and using projects to help me stay busy instead of sitting around, letting my mind take over.

I have a small full bed with no head board. I want something farmhouse style. Very small room. And bed is against the wall on one side.
