Whether you break out the baking goods for a few weeks during the holiday season or if you bake year round, having what you need in the blink of an eye makes it so much easier. Because every cook likes to concoct different things, this isn’t about what to put in your baking area – oh no. It’s about making it look good!
Start with some chalkboard vinyl. I found mine at Happy Crafters and it’s like peel and stick chalkboard. Seriously cool stuff. You can either use a craft cutter – or do what I do and just use a scrapbook punch to cut them out. Use it so the cutter pushes through the punch on the vinyl first, not paper. You’ll get a much cleaner cut.
Then, pop them on some jars – mine were from Dollar Tree. Yep, one dollah-dollah bill, yo!
I filled up five, stacked them on top (because this kind stacks really nicely without falling all over the place. The fastest baking station in the south.
*Thanks to Happy Crafters for partnering with me on this post. All ideas, words, images & opinions are 100% my own.*

That’s perfect and even budget friendly! I want to get some smaller jars like that for my tea stash and build little shelves on my wall. Right now my baking center is a pull-out drawer under my oven. I have an older house where the oven and cook-top are separate. Can’t really say I like it. 🙂

Miss Cleaver You! 🙂 Would beat pulling out all the big stuff and then shoving it all back.

Where did you find that cutter/punch?

I found it at Hobby Lobby – but I think they’re available on Amazon, too.

Brilliant idea! fits in with any décor and everything is handy, Plus you can see when you need to restock flour, sugar, etc. Ya know what’s missing though? Ya peppermint stash! Where’s your jar for that?
