For my parfaits, I layer 1/4 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt (greek yogurt is yummy in this recipe, too!), 2 medium strawberries, sliced, then 2 tablespoons granola. Repeat for a 2nd layer (so you use 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup granola & 4 strawberries total.) It takes about 3 minutes – a quick trip to breakfast heaven. You could mix it up with other berries, which would be totally delish!
I’m a creature of habit, so I’ve been having this same breakfast for weeks now, and I’m slowly seeing progress on the scale. With recipes like these, I don’t even really feel like I’m on a diet 🙂

Yum! I will definitely have to make some of that granola! I am trying to eat healthier this year and this is perfect. I make green smoothies for my hubby and myself for breakfast when we are eating right. They are delish! I will have to post them on my blog soon….:) Thanks for the visit and comment the other day! I appreciate it so much. Have a blessed day…..
