What’s cookin’, good lookin’? Nothing much around here but working and remodeling… you know the usual. I’m not much of a recipe kinda girl – but I did want to share a quick and easy fruit dip. It’s perfect for all those yummy (and cheap) summer fruits in the markets right now. And, it’s a 2 ingredient, 2 minute dip – gotta love that! First you need some marshmallow creme & some caramel dip (the kind for apples). No real measurements – half creme, half caramel – just eyeball it!Use a fork and mix it together until it’s all one color… And Bob’s your uncle – you’ve got a knock out dip! It’s scrumptious on strawberries, apples, fresh pineapple, even grapes – no matter what fruit it’s just a little something extra to make it yummy. It probably took you longer to read this post than it does to make it 🙂
Happy Tuesday!

I make this all the time, but I mix the marshmallow with cream cheese, smooth it out across a throw away tin pan (the smaller one that isn’t quite 9×13) and then pour the caramel on top. You can add pecans on top of that if you want! Amazing and takes 2 seconds!
