Hello. Laura back again from Left on Peninsula Road to share another fun food treat with you. Halloween is the perfect time for sweets and treats. Add these Spooky Graham Dippers and your favorite Halloween dip to your party table this year.
Supplies Needed to Make Spooky Graham Dippers
- Graham Dippers
- Candy Melts (white, orange, green, and black)
- Mini Chocolate Chips (ghost eyes)
- Candy Eyes (Frankenstein)
- Black Food Marker (Frankenstein’s mouth and scar)
- Wilton Candy Writer (yellow)
How to Make the Ghost Graham Dipper
Melt bright white candy melts according to package directions. Dip grahams in melted white candy. Add mini chocolate chip eyes and set on baking rack or wax paper to harden.
How to Make the Pumpkin Graham Dipper
Melt orange candy melts according to package directions. Dip grahams in the melted orange candy and set aside to harden. Add eyes and mouth with a yellow Wilton Candy Writer.
Making the Frankenstein Dippers
Melt green candy melts for the Frankenstein Dippers. Dip one end of the graham dippers and add candy eyes. Set aside to harden. Melt a small amount of black candy melts. Add Frankenstein’s hair by dipping the tops in the melted black candy. Again, set aside to harden. Use a black food marker to add mouth and scar to each.
Serve Spooky Graham Dippers with your favorite cookie dip. I chose a simple marshmallow cream cheese dip that also goes well with fruit. Adding the marshmallow gives this treat a s’mores flavor (one of my favorites).
Ingredients for traditional Marshmallow Creme Halloween Dip
- Cream Cheese
- Marshmallow Cream (7oz. jar)
- Optional: Halloween sprinkles or graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Soften cream cheese. Blend ingredients together thoroughly. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
Enjoy the Halloween dip – And the Tricks or Treats:)
