How to make caramel (the easy way!)

Caramel has always been one of those recipes that sorta scared me. I have no idea why, because it is one of the easiest homemade candies you can make – and the recipe is one you can’t forget. Four ingredients and about 20 minutes and you have a batch of caramel that tastes like heaven in your mouth.

Do you know what can replace the sweetened condensed milk to make this recipe vegan? Replacing the butter is easy. But I haven’t seen anything but condensed coconut milk. I wonder if that will work? Thank you.

I am not sure other than condensed coconut milk which would be yummy if you like coconut. Let me know if you try it, how it turned out 🙂
