New uses for vintage silverware

A few years ago one of my blog readers sent me a huge box of old silverware that she had no clue what to do with. Old silverware is one of the best things to repurpose. You probably already have a drawer full of mismatched utensils. While you probably don’t want to bring it out for Christmas dinner, there’s no reason to throw it out either. There are a plethora of ideas out there for turning old and mismatched flatware into something functional or just plain fun. Take a look and find some inspiration from these ideas:

    Hi Gina,
I saw your ‘word’ gold on white canvas. Where do I find the tutorial – it all links back to this silverware article.
    Many thanks

Hi GinZ: <3 LUV LUV – your Shabby Chic….

My question ….is about the turquoise "industrial look rolling cart/island = is it a one of a kind? It is GORGEOUS….It looks like it probably is. <3 My niece just started her "The Gypsy Moon" jewelry cottage craft casa…So impressive….mostly planned it all and hired some guys to help her make it. Look her up. Collected for quite some time things she wanted to use…ie…old tall windows….doors….stain glass = and just so much more. She is using old bed springs up in the rafters to hang he jewelry. So Clever and CRAFTY. She wants a work table and found one locally in Meridian,Mississippi that she loved but the folks, don't use it and don't
want to part with it. 🙁 = I sent a pic to her of your island and she loved it….<3 If it is available for sale…..can
you let her or me know. <3 Thanks a bunch. Do you have children? LOL <3 Wondering as You seem to be able to do ALL your creative cravings/desires and I don't think you must have kids. <3 LOL Sounds like a
husband??? <3 ….and hope he is your right hand man/chef/and all in all LOVE. <3 Jan is at FB Jan Cade or "The Gypsy Moon" [FB or on line] …she has two fur babies and she pretty much did all the work she could on her log cabin house years ago. She is quite a Lady….or should I say…she is W*O*M*A*N…hear her ROAR. LOL Blessings. Love, Hugs and Prayers…..<3 Sue Elrod Tustin,CA <3
