S’mores snack mix

S’mores… I kinda think it’s the perfect snack. But the real deal is pretty messy, and really reserved for special occasions such as cookouts or campfires. So what if we took the classic s’mores and made it a little easier for every day? That’s why s’mores snack mix is my go-to. Of course, it’s perfect for parties – but it’s also good for lunches and even just night time snacking. It’s so, so simple that you will probably make it way too often. It’s ok…. it’s our secret, pinky promise.

s'mores snack mix

With only three ingredients and about three minutes of hands on time – you can make s’mores snack mix.

Ingredients:

3 cups of graham cracker cereal

1 1/2 cups of marshmallow bits

1 cup melted chocolate chips (I like milk – but dark would be great, too!)

Instructions:

Spread out the cereal on a sheet pan, drizzle on the chocolate (I melt mine in the microwave for about a minute), then sprinkle on the marshmallows. Pop it in the freezer until chocolate is firm, break it up and gobble it down.

And, if you want a fun video… well you’re in luck!
