Peanut Butter Tortilla Chip No Bake Cookies

light corn syrup

granulated sugar

creamy peanut butter

of tortilla chips
slightly crushed

In a sauce pan on medium high heat, combine the syrup, sugar and peanut butter. Stir constantly and bring to a boil to melt all the sugar.

Once the sugar is melted, take off the heat and fold in the tortilla chips.

Spoon out onto wax paper and let cool for an hour before enjoying.

If you like things a bit more salty, lightly sprinkle with kosher salt before cookies set.
