Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

chunky or creamy peanut butter

rolled oatmeal

dried cranberries

First of all cream sugar and butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add peanut butter, vanilla and eggs. Cream together.

Combine dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda) in a medium bowl. Stir into peanut butter mixture a little at a time until combined.

Finally, add oatmeal, coconut and dried cranberries. Mix well.

Drop by small spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
