Low Calorie Dessert: Strawberry Sorbet

of strawberries

cups
of water

1/2
cups
of sugar

Dice and freeze 1 pint of strawberries.

Cook down the other pint of strawberries with 2 cups of water and 1/2 sugar until it's a syrup.

Let the syrup cool.

When cooled blend the frozen strawberries and syrup until smooth.

Put in a container and freeze.
