Low Calorie Dessert: Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 pints of strawberries
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cups of sugar

Instructions

  1. Dice and freeze 1 pint of strawberries.
  2. Cook down the other pint of strawberries with 2 cups of water and 1/2 sugar until it's a syrup.
  3. Let the syrup cool.
  4. When cooled blend the frozen strawberries and syrup until smooth.
  5. Put in a container and freeze.
