Turkey Club Panzanella

loaf of day old crusty bread
baguette or similar

thin sliced boneless skinless turkey breast cutlets*

cup
of chopped iceberg lettuce

handful of grape tomatoes

tablespoons
mayo

about a tablespoon of bacon bits

clove
garlic

teaspoon
white wine vinegar

drizzle of olive oil

salt and pepper

Cut up all of your lettuce, turkey, bread, and tomatoes into bite sized pieces and toss everything into a big bowl.

In a small mixing bowl, chop up your garlic clove, and add your mayo, vinegar and a drizzle of oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix together.

Pour the dressing over your salad and toss together. Sprinkle with bacon bits on top.
