Pour popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl and set aside

Put sugar and syrup in a large saucepan on med-high heat and bring to a boil

Once boiling add in vanilla and baking soda

Boil for one minute and pour over popcorn and mix well

Spread popcorn on a sheet pan and sprinkle with salt to taste

Let cool and store in an airtight container
