  • 6 cups blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2/3 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons chilled butter cut into small pieces


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients; spoon into a 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine your flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon and cut in the butter with a pastry knife until the mixture reveals coarse meal. Sprinkle over blueberry mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
