Peppermint Buttercream Frosting

– 8 oz. package of cream cheese
at room temperature

sticks unsalted butter
at room temperature

pounds
of confectioners sugar

tablespoon
vanilla extract

1/2
teaspoon
peppermint extract
you can use more or less if you’d like according to taste

In the bowl of a mixer (or with a handheld mixer), whip together the butter and cream cheese until thoroughly mixed.

Gradually add in the sugar until it is all combined, then add in the extracts and whip again for 2 minutes until fluffy.
