Start with a yellow cake mix (or you could use chocolate if you want it to be extra rich). Mix and bake according to the directions on the box in a 9x13 pan. While it bakes, melt the marshmallow fluff in a small sauce pan with the 1/4 cup of milk.
When the cake is finished baking, pull it out of the oven and immediately poke holes all in the top with the handle of the wooden spoon. Pour the marshmallow creme mix all over the top and let the entire cake cool.
Once cool, frost with chocolate icing and top with crushed graham crackers.
