Bang Bang Shrimp Buddha Bowls

of shrimp - sautéed in olive oil

tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, etc.

roasted veggies
try sweet potatoes or carrots!

bang bang sauce:

sweet Thai chili sauce

sriracha

Cook all the bowl ingredients and layer them together as you'd like.
