Salted Caramel Corn

  • 8 c Popped popcorn 2 microwave bags
  • 1/3 c Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c corn syrup
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • salt to taste


  1. Pour popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl and set aside

  2. Put sugar and syrup in a large saucepan on med-high heat and bring to a boil

  3. Once boiling add in vanilla and baking soda

  4. Boil for one minute and pour over popcorn and mix well

  5. Spread popcorn on a sheet pan and sprinkle with salt to taste

  6. Let cool and store in an airtight container
