No Bake Pineapple Cheesecake

Pineapple Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts – especially in the summertime. And if you know me, you already know I’m all making quick and easy desserts {because who wants to slave over a pie for hours?} So this recipe is one of my family’s favorites – the quick and easy no-bake pineapple cheesecake. It’s so easy that once you know how, you’ll never really forget. Only four ingredients – and it’s so much better than the fast food version we all know and love. It’s not hard to understand why I always have these ingredients on hand… because you never know when you’re going to need a pineapple cheesecake fix!

Pineapple cheesecake in five minutes? A must try!

No-Bake Pineapple Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • graham cracker pie crust
  • 2 boxes cheesecake instant pudding (3.4 oz each)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice (20 oz can)
  • 1 container whipped topping (8 oz)

Directions:

In a bowl mix together the crushed pineapple (including juice) with the budding mix. Once well combined, fold in the whipped topping. After all of the whipped topping is mixed into the pudding mixture, fill the crust with the pineapple cheesecake mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

{serves eight portions}

All there is left to do is to slice and enjoy. If you’re a fan of pineapple or cheesecake, this one is a must try. It is seriously the most requested dessert at my house {we probably have it at least once every two weeks!} I especially love making it to take to friends, because it transports so easily and pretty much everyone loves it as much as we do!

    In the pineapple cheesecake recipe, do you make the cheesecake pudding as per the instructions on the box, or do you just use the dry powder?

      Just mix the pudding powder in with the pineapple and it’s juices 🙂

    The recipe calls for 2 boxes of 3.4 oz pudding mix, but the pudding only comes in 1.0 oz & 5.4 oz boxes so do you use 6 small boxes of pudding mix to total 6.0 oz?

      Hi Lamar, I think that would work out just fine 🙂 Good luck!

    Are you sure you use pudding instead of cream cheese. Pudding become firm, but not like cheesecake,
