Strawberry Dream Pie

Hi there Shabby Creek Cottage readers! It’s Laura from Inspiration for Moms and today I have the perfect cool dessert for you. I think we can all agree, the summer heat is on high! Colorado in August can get extremely hot and uncomfortable. The last thing I want to do is turn on my oven. My Strawberry Dream Pie is a wonderful no-bake treat that always helps me forget all about the heat of summer.

Besides being sweet and refreshing, this pie also has such a lovely presentation. To me it looks like a gorgeous summer flower with red strawberry petals. Now let’s talk about all the yummy details. My Strawberry Dream Pie starts with an easy store-bought graham cracker crust. I could make my own, but it would require me turning on the oven. We all know that’s a no-no right now! 😉 Next is the filling, a sweet cream cheese mixture combined with chopped strawberries.  And finally, the most prettiest layer of all is the sliced strawberries on top.

Easy and yummy Strawberry Dream pie- a summer classic!

All you need is six ingredients and about 20 minutes in the kitchen. The hardest part of this whole recipe is waiting an hour for the pie to just chill. 🙂 But then your reward is oh…so sweet!

Strawberry Dream Pie- easy and Delicious!

I hope you will try cooling off with this dessert. If you do, be sure to come back and let me know how you liked it! Can’t wait to see you again next month. Until then, please come on over to Inspiration for Moms and say “Hi!”.

The ingredients are for an apple bread pudding, not what the title says!

Hi Becky, I just checked the link and it went straight to the Strawberry Dream pie recipe so I am not sure why that happened to you?

I agree with Becky. The recipe says Strawberry Dream Pie but the directions on the recipe are for Apple Bread Pudding.
