Valentine’s Day Mantel Decorating Ideas

Love is definitely in the air this week, especially on my Valentine's Day Mantle. Keeping things classic and simple, yet fun, all at the same time can be a little tricky for me - but if you're going to go and make a mushy mantle, V-Day is the day to do it! So let's take a look at how it all came together.

I started it all with the wreath, made with a leftover bunch of barb wire and some felt roses that I made. It was tricky to get them all on the wreath without getting pricked to pieces... the things you do for love!

I kept my favorite mercury glass candlesticks to one side, adding in a sweet little pink bead board heart.

And on the other side is my “be mine” sign with a little whitewashed metal tucked behind.

And then there’s the beautiful bunting from my newest sponsor, BayBeeDahl-Boutique – ain’t she pretty? All that sparkliness & burlap… sigh…

Add it all up and it's a pretty, simple Valentine's Mantel that is lovely to look at. Putting it together was such fun - and my girls are crushin' on it, too!
