Hi Gina, Last Christmas I thought I would give my family a treat and made the Cranberry Meringues. They were welcomed and Yummy except when I chopped the dried cranberries there was a larger piece that sneaked into the mixture,My son’s mum in law lost her I planted tooth in the cranberry piece and sported the expensive hole! I wasn’t aware this could happen, very sad day for me.I won’t be making anything at all this year for Christmas as I felt embarrassed and upset for months, your recipe is good, they taste yum but I had to strike the bad dental work with a guest didn’t I ? Hugs Mary from Australia

Oh my gracious! I’m glad you liked them, but hate that the dental issue happened… I would have never in a million years thought of that!

I made the pumpkin crisp and froze a piece of it just to see how it held up. It was as delicious as if it had just been baked. And, I made the peanut putter/Nutella fudge TWICE since Friday. Did not have vanilla frosting, used chocolate…DELICIOUS. Made it tonight with CRUNCHY Peanut butter/ Nutella and chocolate frosting…EVEN BETTER! Thanks for the great ideas. Cannot wait to try more.

I’m looking for new things to try this year. I saw at least 3 “must makes”. I can’t wait to try. I’ll let you know how they turn out. Thanks for the collection. Merry Christmas.
