Cocktails by the pool with my friends is the perfect summer weekend for me. I love hanging out, laughing way too much, sipping on a sweet cocktail and letting the stress melt away for a bit. It’s almost like a mini-vacation without booking airfare. So this week I decided it was time to pull out my favorite sweet summer cocktails to celebrate the last few weeks of summer – because honestly, we’ve got to soak up every single minute we can.
