Blueberry Lemonade Popsicles

  • 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice about 5 to 6 lemons
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 cups of water


  1. To get started, squeeze the lemons for the juice.
  2. Puree or mash blueberries.
  3. In a juice pitcher mix: lemon juice, blueberries, sugar, and water.
  4. Taste the mixture and add more of any ingredient to taste if needed.
  5. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold. Insert sticks and freeze for 6 to 7 hours or overnight. To remove, run popsicle molds under warm water for 15 seconds. Slide mold off and enjoy.
